Pros: I've had this system for more than five years. There 1 year warranty makes little practical sense. Overall Review: Oregon Scientific sells products, offers little support except to deal with seller. In order to return, 4 remote sensors and there powersupply/transmitter need to be taken down from their installation position just to package up. Without original packaging, I fear this will be a problem. The one response to an email from Oregon Scientific was to contact the seller (newegg) for a return. Accomplished all the trouble shooting tips that one can gleem from instructions. With my unit is service less than one month, the wind sensor appears to have quit transmitting accurate data. If they return the call, it takes several days. Calling there customer support number falls into same category. An email to them takes a long time for a response and is not very helpful.
